Company criticised over asbestos claims

The Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) has ruled against a local property developer who inaccurately claimed that a worksite was asbestos free.

MMC Estates and the Rathbone Trust had published a brochure which gave the impression that the building site and surrounding area were to be completely cleared of asbestos.
