PM to challenge asbestos ruling?

Read the story »

As an ex Marine Engineering Artificer in the Royal Navy and having confirmed that I have pleural plaques through exposure to Asbestos. I consider it negligent of the MOD and central government not to consider a compensatory award for my condition. Taking a more cynical viewpoint, perhaps if they deliberate further then personnel with the condition will eventually have full blown Cancer or Mesothelioma and die. What is this country that I served for twenty five years going to say or do then?? Probably not a lot!!!

I'm sure a great deal of people will agree with you with regards to this matter and I'm sure we have not heard the last of this.
