Asbestos Management Report

I'm in the process of selling my flat as a leaseholder. My Buyer's Solicitor is asking for us to provide them with a copy of your Asbestos Management Report in accordance with the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2002. Is this applicable for a private residency? thanks Tony

The requirements for a management plan do not currently apply to your dwelling, but are applicable for the common areas of the building such as corridors and stairwells. If you block has a managing agent they should be able to provide you with the information the solicitor is seeking.
