Asbestos illegally dumped in Great Yarmouth

if the Environment Agency & DEFRA were not so rigid and 'gestapo' like in their work, and not made it so difficult and expensive then it would not happen,plus the goverment are at fault for passing through legislation that does not work in reality, you get differing answers to one question if you ask an environment officers and safety persons. Our company was sent a letter asking us to sort our waste from the 31st oct or the waste company would do it for us and again CHARGE for this new service. The point I wish to make is that the waste company could say when they get some waste from a company that they had not soreted it because of a, e.g. 6 inch piece of plastic that was found in the waste and they had to sort it through themselves before going to the tip. There would be no deviation from enforcing the regs.
